Terms of Service

Effective date: September 29, 2026

Thanks for choosing Little Whispers. These terms are the agreement between you and John Rea, doing business as Little Whispers (“Little Whispers,” “we,” “us”) for using our website and our daily text service of short, personal whispers of encouragement. We’ve tried to keep them short and readable. By signing up, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

• One personalized whisper by text each day, sent at the local time you choose, based on the focus areas and preferences you share with us.
• Rough-day texts: up to 3 extra on-request texts each calendar month. Just text HUG. Unused ones don’t roll over.
• Optional astrology add-on: we weave your sun sign (from your birthday month and day) into your texts.
• Optional calendar-aware plan (if and when offered): tailors texts to your day, only if you enable it and give permission to read your calendar events.

Texts depend on mobile carriers and other providers, so we can’t promise every message arrives exactly on time. We may improve or change features over time, and we’ll let you know about changes that meaningfully affect your subscription.

3. Who can subscribe

You must be at least 18 years old, live in the United States, and sign up with a US mobile number that you own or are authorized to use. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date, especially your phone number (see SMS Terms).

4. Price, trial, and billing

• Price: $3 per month for the base service. With the optional astrology add-on, it’s $5 per month total (+$2). Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Free trial: new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You add a card at checkout and pay $0 that day. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged automatically when the trial ends.
• Automatic renewal: after that, your subscription renews and is billed every 30 days until you cancel.
• Payments through Whop: checkout, billing, and payment processing are handled by Whop, our payment processor, and are also subject to Whop’s terms. We never see or store your full card number.
• Failed payments: if a payment fails, we may pause your texts until it’s sorted out.
• Price changes: we’ll give you advance notice before any price change takes effect, so you can cancel if you prefer.

5. Canceling and refunds

You can cancel any time through your Whop account or by emailing support@mylittlewhispers.com. Cancellation stops future charges.

We don’t offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods. After you cancel, your texts continue until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. If you cancel during your free trial, you won’t be charged.

Gift subscriptions

You can buy Little Whispers as a gift for someone else (1, 3, or 6 months, with or without astrology). Gifts are prepaid, one-time purchases: you pay once at checkout through Whop and are not billed again. After purchase you get a gift code and a link to share. The recipient redeems it on our signup page and chooses for themselves whether to receive texts; their own text consent is separate from your purchase.

A gift is non-refundable once it has been redeemed. Unused gift codes expire 12 months after purchase. When a gift ends, the recipient is never charged automatically; they can choose to continue on their own subscription at the regular monthly price.

6. Referral program

• Share your referral code with friends. For every 3 referred friends whose first paid month goes through (after their free trial), you earn one free month.
• Rewards go to the referrer only. Friends who use a code don’t get a discount.
• Referred friends must be new subscribers and real people. Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, and spammy sharing (including texting people who didn’t ask to hear from you) don’t count, and we may remove rewards earned that way.
• Free months have no cash value and aren’t transferable. We may change or end the program with notice; rewards you’ve already earned will be honored.

7. SMS Terms

Program name: Little Whispers.
What you’ll receive: recurring, personalized daily whisper texts, once you opt in.

How you opt in: texting is optional. You can check the optional SMS box on our signup form, or text START to (602) 557-4639 from the mobile number you want your whispers sent to. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You can complete checkout without opting in, but because Little Whispers is delivered by text, we can’t send your whispers until you opt in. If you decide not to, you can cancel your subscription any time (see Canceling and refunds); if you cancel during your free trial, you won’t be charged.

Opt-in confirmation: right after you opt in (by checking the SMS box or texting START), we text you: “Little Whispers: You're subscribed! 1 whisper text/day + up to 3 HUG texts/mo when you ask. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.” Message frequency: 1 whisper text per day, plus up to 3 on-request “rough day” HUG texts per month and service messages (welcome, account and billing notices, HELP/STOP replies); marketing texts only if you separately opted in, a few per month at most. Msg & data rates may apply.

• Message frequency: 1 message per day, plus up to 3 on-request “rough day” messages per month when you text HUG, plus service messages such as your welcome text, billing or account notices, and replies to HELP and STOP.
• Marketing texts: texts about new features and offers are sent only if you separately opted in (that checkbox is optional and not required to subscribe), a few times a month at most.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or email support@mylittlewhispers.com.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time and our texts stop immediately. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and then we’ll stop texting you. Because the texts are the service, when you reply STOP we will cancel your subscription billing or tell you exactly how to cancel it, so you aren’t charged again. (Canceling through Whop instead keeps your texts coming until your paid period ends; see Canceling and refunds.) Changed your mind? Text START to opt back in.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Changing your number: if you change or give up your mobile number, please tell us right away so we don’t text the new owner of that number.
• Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

8. AI-written content

Your whispers may be written with the help of AI using the preferences you share. We review our approach carefully, but AI can occasionally produce something that misses the mark. If a text ever feels wrong or unkind, please tell us and we’ll fix it. Astrology-flavored texts are for inspiration and fun, not predictions.

9. Using Little Whispers kindly

Please don’t sign up someone else’s number without their permission, misuse the referral program, try to disrupt or copy the service, or use it for anything unlawful. Your whispers are for your personal, non-commercial use; you’re welcome to share a favorite one with a friend. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

10. The legal bits

Disclaimer

We work hard to make Little Whispers lovely, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, John Rea, doing business as Little Whispers, won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. Before filing any claim, please email us first. Most concerns can be solved with a friendly conversation.

Everything else

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the effective date above and, for important changes, let you know by email or text before they take effect. If you keep using Little Whispers after that, the new terms apply.
